Main alcohol: Champagne or Prosecco
Ingredients: 1½ cup Holy Ginger, 1 cinnamon stick, 4-5 ground cloves, 1 slice of orange peel (without the white part), 750ml champagne or prosecco cold.
Instructions: Put the first four ingredients in a small pot on low fire. Wait 2-3 minutes to boil and withdraw. Let it cold. Filtrate and serve in a champagne glass till the 1/3. Fill up with champagne or prosecco.
Served: Served with ground cloves.
