The idea came up a few years ago, when we wanted to make a healthy
beverage for our friends.
HOLY GINGER is a luscious, restorative blend of flower honey, squeezed ginger juice and squeezed lemon juice with sweet, slightly acidic and spicy taste synchronously.
And the combination of ginger, honey and lemon gave us what we then called “gingerade”. The real positive response from those who tried it brought about heavy demand and thus a new business project. A project that finally led to HOLY GINGER.

Our Vision
FROM PRESENT TO FUTURE
The vision for the future is to acquire our own land and produce our own ingredients in co-operation with other Greek producers, so that we can have a whole Greek product.
We are working hard for our network along with many outlets all over Greece. Our next goal is to be present at selected places in big European cities.
Consumers were interested in the product from the very first day of release, so we started to collaborate with substantial number of outlets.
And the acknowledgement of the quality of Holy Ginger is getting bigger and bigger! Holy Ginger managed to move in places of sophisticated consumers and become their favourite hot winter beverage or refreshing summer drink. It managed to become chefs’ choice for their oriental inspired diches.
Yet, the most important is this:
Holy Ginger managed to create a distribution network.
Now, it is available in selected delicatessen, organic food shops, gyms, yoga studios, cafes, bars and restaurants.
